Lincoln Property Company completes 98,175 s/f of renewals and expansions at Mill & Main in Maynard

Maynard, MA Lincoln Property Company (Lincoln) has completed two significant lease renewals totaling 98,175 s/f at Mill & Main, a 1.1 million s/f, eight-building 50-acre campus. Tim Latham, Chris Devaux, and James Tambone of Lincoln’s West Suburban Brokerage team handle leasing on behalf of the landlord.
Penguin Systems, a global leader in autonomous computing solutions and a subsidiary of Stratus Technologies following its 2022 acquisition, renewed its lease for 68,854 s/f at Mill & Main. The tenant was represented by Nick Bruha and Blake Baldwin of Cushman & Wakefield.

Longtime tenant Epsilon Associates, Inc., which has been part of the Mill & Main community since 1998, renewed its lease and expanded its footprint to 29,321 s/f. The tenant was represented by Sam Crossan and Bob McGuire of JLL.
