Concord, NH Colliers negotiated the sale of 10 N State St., for $1.3 million. Cassandra Farley and Dan Scanlon, both senior associates with Colliers in New Hampshire, represented the seller, Moksha Investments LLC. The buyer, 10 North State LLC, was represented by Greg Proulx of BHG The Masiello Group.

The 8,000 s/f mixed-use building occupies a corner lot in the downtown area. The property is 100% leased, featuring three residential units and three commercial spaces, offering a turnkey, income-producing opportunity. Recent renovations and a strong tenant mix support the building’s long-term investment appeal.

The property generated significant interest from buyers and ultimately sold for the full asking price of $1.3 million. Its visibility, diversified income profile, and downtown Concord location contributed to the high level of demand in a competitive market.

“Cassandra’s professionalism, depth of knowledge, and approachable communication style made this transaction an exceptional experience. She was consistently responsive, thorough, and proactive, ensuring we always felt informed and supported. Her expertise in commercial real estate is evident in everything she does. Choosing her as our commercial broker was easily the best decision we made,” said Bethany Marston, owner of Moksha Investments, LLC.
