Nobis Group completes acquisition of Richard D. Bartlett & Associates, LLC

Concord, NH Nobis Group (Nobis), a leading environmental and engineering firm in the northeast, has completed the acquisition of Richard D. Bartlett & Associates, LLC, a small land surveying company. The acquisition is part of a greater strategy for Nobis Group to enter new market sectors and add in-house land surveying services for current and future clients. 

Established in 1973, Richard D. Bartlett & Associates is one of the leading land surveying firms in New Hampshire. Serving residential, commercial, and municipal clients alike, they play an integral part in the planning and permitting process, guiding clients through local, state, and federal government agency applications and approval requirements.

Richard D. Bartlett leadership, Mark Sargent and Daniel Mullen, will join Nobis’ leadership as the director of project development and the director of survey services, respectively. The two firms have a strong history of collaboration, working on 250+ projects together across each market sector. The amalgamation provides clients with a single source of comprehensive services and expertise to meet all their project needs.

Under the terms of the deal, Richard D. Bartlett & Associates will continue business for the first year under their existing name as a division of Nobis Group. Richard D. Bartlett & Associates will continue to operate out of Concord, NH, though they will relocate from 214 North State St. to Nobis Group headquarters at 18 Chenell Dr. The Nobis Group team also operates out of Lowell, MA; Montpelier, VT; and Princeton, NJ.
