Connecticut Chapter of CCIM celebrates 2026 board of directors and executive officers
Guilford, CT The Connecticut Chapter of CCIM celebrated the installation of its 2026 board of directors and executive officers. Jennifer Lynne, CCIM, was installed as president; David Rothberg, CCIM, as treasurer, Brandon Rush as secretary and Stephanie Coleman, CCIM as immediate past president. The chapter board of directors are Stephanie Romano Shaw, CCIM, Gus Ryer, CCIM; Jeff Ryer, CCIM, SIOR; Stanley Gniazdowski, CRE, CCIM; Bryan Atherton, CCIM, SIOR; Frank Amodio, Sr., CCIM; Eric Amodio, CCIM; and Andrea Kazantzis, CCIM.
The chapter thanked Stephanie Coleman, CCIM for her two years of leadership as chapter president. The chapter also honored Carl Russell for his 45 years of service as an instructor with The CCIM Institute and Stanley Gniazdowski for 40 years as a CCIM instructor.
The chapter also recognized its 2025 scholarship recipients Roman Pantojas and Eric Blumenthal who will be working towards their CCIM designation.
