Looking back at 2025, what deal, project, or key moment best reflected the direction of the New England CRE market this year? A notable sale in 2025 was the $4.5 million sale of a 17.93-acre approved development site in Windham, which Dan Scanlon JD, CCIM and I closed in August. Strong buyer demand for 50 planned condominium units underscored New Hampshire’s critical housing shortage and reaffirmed the market’s appetite for well-located residential land despite higher construction and financing costs.

What accomplishment or milestone stood out for you or your firm in 2025? Reaching my one-year milestone at Colliers stood out as a defining moment in 2025. While I’ve spent many years in commercial real estate, joining Colliers has been a meaningful step forward. The strength of our marketing team, the depth of data collected by our research department and the unmatched industry expertise across the firm have all enabled me to better serve my clients.

As you look ahead to 2026, which emerging trends or shifts will shape opportunities for you, your firm, or your market sector? Looking ahead to 2026, I expect continued shifts within the industrial market. We are seeing fewer large users actively searching for space and dozens of recently approved industrial projects across southern New Hampshire remain unbuilt. We are entering a stabilization phase after many years of rapid growth.
