Perch Cowork coming to The Truette in Dover

Dover, NH Cathartes has launched Perch Cowork, a 5,000 s/f, collaborative workspace for local professionals, businesses, nonprofits and organizations at The Truette residential development in the Waterfront District. Expected to open in March 2026, Perch Cowork will be located on the Truette’s first floor. It will support the town’s growing hybrid workforce with a sophisticated yet approachable environment to work independently or collaboratively without straying far from home.
NH Business Review reports that 16%, or 121,000 New Hampshire residents worked from home in 2024, and a Pew Research survey in 2023 found that 41% of Americans who worked remote-capable jobs elected to participate in a hybrid schedule.
“There is a growing demand for flexible workspace as local professionals and small teams seek environments that help them balance personal and professional obligations,” said Samantha Sarmiento, who will serve as Perch Cowork’s manager. “Perch will pair professional workstations with versatile meeting rooms in a beautiful riverside location, to enable improved productivity for the Greater Dover community.”
The workspace includes 24 fully furnished private offices, flexible designated workstations and four conference rooms – including an elevated 20-person-boardroom. Members can visit the onsite community café for locally brewed coffee and take advantage of the wellness room or phone booths for private conversations. Networking events will be scheduled throughout the year with activities ranging from professional development sessions to member social hours. Topolino, the new restaurant owned by James Beard semi-finalist, Evan Hennessey, will be connected to Perch, providing unique lunch options to members and opportunities for catering within the boardroom and conference rooms.
Perch was designed to meet the many needs of the town and Seacoast community. By providing multiple options to the public that don’t require a membership, professionals can utilize Perch as an extension of their regular work routine. Individuals can purchase a day pass for just $40 or upgrade to a private office when the occasional need for an elevated workspace arises. The variety of conference rooms are available to rent by the hour or for a full day, offering a gathering place for everything from a small team to a group of 20.
Monthly memberships are available for those looking for a consistent workspace, with options stating at $150 per month. Corporate, nonprofit and municipal entities are encouraged to take advantage of flexible membership opportunities designed to accommodate various teams. Fully furnished offices, as well as dedicated personal workstations, will be available with complimentary conference room hours included. With all-inclusive monthly pricing, professionals can instantly upgrade their workspace. Perch Cowork has everything that one needs to work efficiently.
