Noonan Lombardi installed as 2026 NRIBR president
Cranston, RI The Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors (NRIBR) has installed its 2026 officers and directors. The new board was officially installed at the association’s 105th annual meeting. The event also celebrated achievements with several award presentations and highlighted NRIBR’s commitment to community support by presenting a $3,000 check to the Northern Rhode Island Food Pantry and a $1,275 donation to the Realtors Relief Foundation.
Aliesha Noonan Lombardi, with Noonan Lombardi, Realtors, has been installed as the 2026 president of the NRIBR. She has served in multiple leadership roles including 2025 president-elect and has been on the Board of Directors since 2021.
She is active on several committees, serves on the Board of Directors of the Rhode Island Association of Realtors, and holds the SRES, GRI, and ABR professional designations. She is a NRIBR Diamond Sales Award recipient, licensed in R.I., Mass., and Conn., and is an approved real estate instructor by the RI Department of Business Regulation.
The association also installed the following officers:
• Alissa St. Jacques, president-elect, HomeSmart Professionals Real Estate
• Erensoy Durmaz, treasurer and corporate secretary, The Blackstone Team | Compass
They will be joined by the following members serving as directors: Alison L’Heureux, Gregory Smith, Monica Sye, Ana Isabel Garcia, Andre Goulet, Kamil Sarji, and immediate past president Jennifer Lemme.
The following members were recognized by the Association for their outstanding contributions:
• 2025 NRIBR Realtor of the Year: Garrett Mancieri, Mancieri Real Estate
• Golden R Award: Michelle Keach, Coldwell Banker Realty
• Richard Fontaine Award: Anne McCrann, Noonan Lombardi, Realtor
The Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors is a chartered member Board of the National Association of Realtors. It was established in 1921 and serves over 600 Realtors, appraisers and affiliate members throughout the Northern Rhode Island area.
