The recent FDIC Deposit Market Share Report also highlighted the bank’s emergence as a standout performer, capturing more than one-third of all market growth across its region, and earlier this year, North Easton Savings Bank announced a strategic partnership with Greenlight Financial Technology, Inc. in an effort to emphasize financial literacy among youth.

“We are honored to be recognized once again,” said Rich Spencer, president & CEO of North Easton Savings Bank. “Being one of only 45 winners in our category reflects the strength of our culture, the dedication of our employees, and their unwavering commitment to helping our customers and communities thrive.”

The annual Top Places to Work study bases the awards solely on employee feedback and surveying and recognizes the most admired workplaces in the state.

The survey measures employee opinions about their workplace’s direction, leadership, pay and benefits, commitment to employee well-being, and professional growth, among other criteria.

Rankings are broken into four size categories with North Easton Savings Bank in the mid-size business grouping. The Bank has achieved a top 50 rank each of the past four years.

Spencer added, “My deepest gratitude goes to our exceptional team. Their support for one another, their professionalism, and their passion for serving our communities create an environment where people can build meaningful, fulfilling careers.”

North Easton Savings Bank offers a full slate of comprehensive benefits, including tuition reimbursement and professional development, employee recognition programs, and an employee assistance program. The Bank has also instituted formal employee feedback loops, multiple annual employee events, and employee led social clubs.
