Ward and Choate of Colliers sell 62,000 s/f in two industrial buildings

Plaistow, NH Colliers negotiated the sale of 55 Westville Rd. to MRM Plaistow, LLC. The property consists of two industrial buildings totaling 62,000 s/f on 4.72 acres. The buildings are fully leased to Pexco, a high-performance plastics solutions and custom extrusions company.

This transaction illustrates the investor demand for quality, stable industrial assets across southern New Hampshire with manufacturing buildings historically being the tightest of the industrial categories.
