DAI project updates

Scarborough, ME DeStefano & Associates, Inc. (DAI) has completed the construction of an Aroma Joe’s at 1 Bridges Dr. The architect was TK Architects.

In Portland, DAI is starting construction of an Aroma Joe’s at 1 Exchange St. The architect is Gawron Turgeon Dillon.

And in Sabattus, DAI is starting construction of an Aroma Joe’s on Sabattus Rd. The architect for this project is TK Architects.

DAI has started construction of 13 luxury condominiums at 246 Eastern Promenade Blvd. in Portland. Completion is expected this winter 2026. The architect is RDS Architects.

DAI has started the construction of 37 condominiums in Bethel. Completion is expected this winter. The architect is THA Architects LLC.

DAI has started construction of a 5000 s/f fit up for Casco Bay EyeCare at 33 Gorham Rd. in Scarborough. Completion is expected in April 2026. The architect is Callender & Delaney Architects.
