Cusano of Cummings Properties and Cotoni of Moore Commercial Real Estate handle lease to ReNew Bio Aesthetics

Burlington, MA ReNew Bio Aesthetics has opened a new medical spa at 101 Cambridge St., a first-class office and medical building operated by Cummings Properties.

Powered by advanced technology, ReNew Bio Aesthetics offers personalized nonsurgical solutions for hair and skin restoration. Its stem cell-based therapies are designed to accelerate healing, boost collagen, and repair tissue for natural-looking rejuvenation.

Cummings Properties leasing director Steve Cusano partnered with Derek Cotoni, of Moore Commercial Real Estate, to execute the deal. According to Cusano, leadership at the medical spa was drawn to Cummings’ ability to deliver fully built-out space on an accelerated timeline. 

“Our diverse portfolio and in-house design/build expertise enabled us to source, renovate, and deliver an attractive space inside of a month,” said Cusano. “As a result, ReNew Bio Aesthetics was able to open its doors with virtually no lead time.” 

Cusano added that the suite’s location was another key factor in the decision. “Just off I-95 along U.S. Route 3A, the space offers excellent visibility, ample free on-site parking, and convenient access to a wide range of nearby amenities at Burlington Mall and Wayside Commons,” Cusano said.

ReNew Bio Aesthetics’ new neighbors at 101 Cambridge St. include EFX Hair and Beauty Supply, Skylight Health Research, Varallo Orthodontics, and Winchester Hospital OB/GYN.
