Bartley of Nordlund Associates represents C & P Realty Trust in sale of 16,320 s/f building

North Andover, MA Nordlund Associates, Inc. completed the sale of 31–39 Flagship Dr., a five-unit flex/industrial building totaling 16,320 s/f. The sale price was not disclosed.

Rick Bartley of Nordlund Associates represented the seller, C & P Realty Trust in the transaction. The buyer was Martir Realty, LLC. 

The property is comprised of five individual units ranging from 3,200 to 3,520 s/f.
