Greystar celebrates topping off of 416-unit Juniper development

Everett, MA Greystar celebrated the topping off of a new 416-unit apartment community. Juniper, located at 1690 Revere Beach Pkwy., is Greystar’s fifth residential development in the city’s Commercial Triangle District. 

Building amenities of the seven-story development include three interior courtyards, a fitness room, a golf simulator lounge, and bike storage with a Bluebikes rental station.

Juniper’s topping off follows the openings of Greystar’s four other residential developments in the area: Mason (2023), Anthem Everett (2024), Maxwell (2024), and Jade (2025).
