Summit Realty completes $4.6m sale of five properties leased to Dominos
Lee, MA Summit Realty Partners, Inc. has completed the successful sale of five single-tenant net-lease (STNL) properties leased to Domino’s across Massachusetts. Represented by Chris McMahon and Travis Ginsberg, Summit completed the transactions on behalf of the seller, reinforcing the firm’s strength in investment sales throughout New England.
The portfolio includes Domino’s leased locations at 50 W Central St., Lee, Mass.; 13 Pleasant St., Spencer, Mass.; 610 Main St., Clinton, Mass.; 33 Main St., Belchertown, Mass.; and 116-118 Main St, Pepperell, Mass. Each property is leased to franchisees of Domino’s Pizza under long-term leases, offering investors stable income backed by a nationally recognized brand.
“These transactions reflect investor preference for single-tenant properties offering long-term income stability and brand-backed tenancy,” said McMahon, principal at Summit. “With Domino’s brand strength and long-term leases in place, the portfolio aligned well with investor demand for stable, income-producing assets.”
Ginsberg, vice president at Summit, said: “This portfolio generated strong interest due to its pricing, lease structure, and brand credit. It’s a great example of how net-lease assets continue to perform in today’s market.”
