Goddard Technologies expands to 42,060 s/f at 205 Lowell St. - lease arranged by Hunneman

Wilmington, MA Hunneman has brokered a 42,060 s/f lease at 205 Lowell St., on behalf of the building’s landlord, Howland Development. 205 Lowell St. will serve as the new headquarters for Goddard Technologies, an engineering, industrial design, and low-volume manufacturing company that specializes in the development of medical devices, industrial automation and robotics, and consumer products. Goddard’s lease represents a doubling of its space compared to its previous office location in Beverly.
“Goddard Technologies’ substantial expansion at 205 Lowell St. will not only support their current operational needs but also provide an efficient layout and favorable economic terms that positions them for long-term growth,” said Lauren DeFrancesco of Faulkner Commercial Group at KW Commercial, who represented the tenant in the lease.
Located at 205 Lowell St., the 123,000 s/f building offers a fully furnished flex layout with functional office space and technical lab facilities. Recently renovated, the two-floor building also includes a tailboard-level loading dock. The property also provides access to I-93 and I-95 and is surrounded by major retailers, corporate offices, hotels, and dining options. Tenants are close to local restaurants and shops, including Target, TJ Maxx, Chipotle, and Market Basket.
“We’re proud of the strong partnership we’ve maintained with Howland Development over the years, and this lease for Goddard Technologies’ new headquarters is another great step forward for the property,” said Chris Curley, executive vice president at Hunneman.
“Howland’s fantastic management has yielded tremendous interest in 205 Lowell St., and we are excited by the innovative company this building is welcoming.”
