RE&FA hosted its annual Forecasting Luncheon on January 21st at WilmerHale, 60 State St., bringing together commercial real estate leaders for a timely discussion on current market conditions and the outlook ahead.

The program opened with a market overview from Abby Corbett, CRE, global head of investor insights and senior economist at Cushman & Wakefield, who shared key insights on 2025 trends and projections for 2026.

The discussion continued with a panel moderated by Amy Lousararian, managing director, Capital Markets at JLL, featuring William Berger, managing director at Rialto Capital; Robert Brown, executive vice president at Brookline Bank, a division of Beacon Bank & Trust; Matthew Godoff, executive vice president and head of investments at Synergy; and Keith Largay, head of capital markets at Bain Capital Real Estate.
