Northeast Private Client Group facilitates $750,000 sale of a 9,900 s/f industrial building

Palmer, MA Northeast Private Client Group (NPCG) has announced the $750,000 sale of Chamber Road Industrial, located on 8 Chamber Road.

Associate Tom Egbers along with vice president, investments Tim McGeary represented the seller, a group looking to offload their assets in the area and procured the buyer, Alico Farms, LLC, a developer looking to redevelop the property.

Chamber Road Industrial is an approximately 9,900 s/f industrial building that was built in 2007. The building sits on 8.26 acres, has separately metered utilities for the existing bays and a paved parking area fitting 43 spaces. The lot is located close to I-90 with Industrial B District zoning, allowing for a diverse mix of potential uses like storage, agriculture, processing, light-manufacturing, retail outlets, and telecommunications stations and towers.
