The space was leased to Hemisphere Development Group, a real estate development company out of Waltham. 

Danny Cruz, James Stubblebine, Micah Stubblebine, and David Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company represented the landlord and Jason Clark of The Mega Group represented the tenant, in the transaction. 

The property is less than a half a mile from I-93 and has access to public transportation. 

The property is compromised of 10,500 s/f warehouse and 1,500 s/f of office. The property features 18’ clear height, two tailboard docks, and on-site parking for tenants and visitors.
