Lymans and Kazantzis complete sale of 30,299 s/f three-building property
Plainfield, CT Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate Brokerage & Development, completed the sale of 226,230, & 238 Norwich Rd. An all new completely rebuilt property with a total 30,299 s/f for all three buildings sitting on 34.02 acres. Ron and Max Lyman represented seller, Sam Center LLC. The buyer, QPAC, LLC on behalf of Greene Rubber Company, headquartered in Woburn, Mass., was represented by Andrea Kazantzis, head broker at Kazantzis Real Estate of Brooklyn, Conn. Sales price was $3.85 million.
These three buildings were taken down to the structural beams and concrete, then completely rebuilt with premium materials and extensive upgrades, creating a modern 30,299 s/f campus spanning 34.02 acres, complete with high-quality infrastructure and parking.
