Scanlon and Farley of Colliers facilitate $1 million sale of 42-acre development site

Bow, NH Colliers facilitated the $1 million sale of a 42-acre development site located at 12 Logging Hill Rd.
Dan Scanlon and Cassandra Farley of Colliers represented the seller, Kurt Collby and Jami Mussey, in the transaction. The buyer, Morgan Records Management, LLC, was represented by Roger Dieker of The Boulos Company.
The property is situated off Exit 1 on I-89 and consists of three separate parcels, including one parcel improved with a single-family residence and two vacant parcels. The site has been owned by the same family for many years and was sold as-is, without approvals.
While the buyer’s specific development plans have not yet been finalized, the company is known for developing large-scale storage facilities for recreational vehicles.
The sale was recorded in Merrimack County.
“This site represents a unique opportunity within Bow’s Village District and provides strong long-term development potential due to its scale, location, and access to major transportation corridors,” said Scanlon.
