The Hamilton Company enters 750 s/f lease agreement with Fresh Monkee

Boston, MA The Hamilton Company (THC) has completed the commercial lease agreement with Fresh Monkee and its occupancy of 750 s/f at 106 Cambridge St. The quick-service shop recently began operations on Cambridge St. and specializes in healthy protein shakes as an alternative to the typical smoothie.
“Our lease agreement with Fresh Monkee brings a business to 106 Cambridge St. that strives to provide customers with delicious healthy meal options,” said Jameson Brown, chairman and CEO of The Hamilton Company. “The company has a great success story, and we’re pleased to have a role in its expansion in Massachusetts.”
In 2014, Fresh Monkee opened its first location in Wethersfield, Conn. Company founder Judy Flynn is a former athlete who competed in soccer, basketball, running, cycling, and weightlifting. She developed shake recipes built around high-quality proteins, good carbohydrates, healthy fats, and all fresh ingredients. Fresh Monkee franchises have grown the company through 29 more active locations across 10 states with plans to add more nationwide. 106 Cambridge St. is now the fifth active Fresh Monkee retail location in Massachusetts.
Jack Lyman of Atlantic Retail represented the tenant, Fresh Monkee, during the leasing negotiations. The Hamilton Company was represented by Carol Rash – THC’s director of commercial property & asset management.
“Fresh Monkee is really an ideal complement to our other commercial tenants at 106 Cambridge St., which include Yaba Sushi and Shah’s Halal Food,” Rash said. “It’s an excellent location with a large customer base of workers from Government Center and MGH-Brigham, Beacon Hill residents, and students.”
