Braun of O,R&L Commercial sells two industrial properties for $2.4 million each

Branford, CT O,R&L Commercial has completed the sale of the Thimble Island Brewery building located at 16 Business Park Dr. The property has been sold for $2.4 million marking a notable industrial transaction in the town’s Business Park area along I-95. The 29,567 s/f building on 1.77 acres is positioned for continued commercial and industrial use. Will Braun of O,R&L Commercial represented both the seller, Business Park Holding Company, LLC and the buyer, S,Z&I, LLC. 

In a separate transaction, the industrial building located at 16 East Industrial Rd., commonly known as the Hal Brown building, also sold for $2.4 million. In this sale, Braun of O,R&L Commercial represented the buyer, Ted Zuse, while Matty Murchison of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services represented the seller, AHB, LLC. 

Both properties are situated within Branford’s established industrial corridors and benefit from proximity to I-95 and the Greater New Haven market. The closings reflect sustained interest in well-located, functional industrial assets throughout the region.
