Genesis Magtech, Inc., a sister company of Genesis Vacuum Technologies of San Jose, Calif., has leased 8,078 s/f of flexible industrial space at 18 South Hunt Rd. from Hunt Road Realty Corp. Genesis Magtech is a leading provider of its specalized services and technology to the semiconductor industry. "The space was a great fit for their current production and design requirements," said Anthony Triglione, broker of The Kane Company, who represented the owner and also procured the tenant.
