What current or recently completed project, accomplishment or initiative are you most excited about, and why does it matter for your team, clients or community? Auburn is currently working on the campus expansion of the House of Possibilities in Easton, MA. It’s been special to get involved with this organization through the project. Their mission has such a meaningful impact on their members and the community. I’ve been fortunate to experience that firsthand and now serve on their Big Night Out committee and attend young professionals events, deepening my connection beyond the jobsite.

What is one piece of advice or perspective you would share with women beginning their careers in the construction industry?Y our career path isn’t always linear; always let yourself evolve and explore what excites you. Stay curious and embrace opportunities. I created a career as a commercial interior designer, and my involvement in project feasibility and pursuits ultimately led me to pivot to the construction side. Now, I lead marketing, proposal, and business development efforts at Auburn. There are so many facets within the AEC world to explore.

What habit or routine helps you stay focused or motivated during a busy week? Blocking out time to unplug and limit screen time helps me recharge throughout my work week.
