2026 Women in Construction: Kimberly Eldridge, Auburn Contruction

What current or recently completed project, accomplishment or initiative are you most excited about, and why does it matter for your team, clients or community? The most exciting project that Auburn has completed for me is Brockton Hospital fire restoration and renovation. Not only is it an extremely important part of the community as a whole, but it also holds a special, personal value for me as both my mother and grandmother had careers in the hospital, and it holds so many early memories.

What is one piece of advice or perspective you would share with women beginning their careers in the construction industry? Don’t be afraid to ask questions. Soak up all the knowledge you can from individuals who have been here for a long time. Almost everyone is willing to help you learn and grow.

What is something outside of work that brings you energy, balance or creativity? Camping with family and friends helps me recharge and find balance outside of work.
