Schenectady, NY Northeast Private Client Group (NPCG) negotiated the $900,000 sale of the Jackson & Albany Portfolio, located on 209-211 Jackson Ave. and 1864 Albany St.

Senior vice president, investments Taylor Perun represented the seller, a local operator looking to offload their assets and procured the buyer.
