2026 Women in Construction: Molly Titus, DiPrete Engineering

What current or recently completed project, accomplishment or initiative are you most excited about, and why does it matter for your team, clients or community? I am most excited about the DiPrete internship program and the registered survey apprenticeship program. By sharing these opportunities with the community, we are helping create future engineers and surveyors and providing access to fields that were once limited to college students, opening doors to careers that may not have felt attainable before.

What do you wish more women knew about the opportunities available in the construction industry today? I wish more women knew that working in construction isn’t just about knowing how to build things with your hands. Today’s construction industry is driven by planning, communication, leadership, problem solving, and technology just as much as physical skills. Some of the most impactful roles are about bringing people together, managing complex schedules and budgets, protecting safety, and making smart, real time decisions that turn ideas into lasting results. Construction offers the opportunity to lead, to shape communities, and to see your work make a real difference every single day.

What habit or routine helps you stay focused or motivated during a busy week? Spending time outdoors in Northern New England – hiking, biking, and skiing – helps me stay balanced, focused, and motivated.
