What current or recently completed project, accomplishment or initiative are you most excited about, and why does it matter for your team, clients or community? I am most excited about the recently completed renovation of the Grieco Ford auto dealership, which included expanding the service drive, adding a new car delivery area, renovating the showroom, and creating additional office space, all while remaining fully operational. Being involved from the initial client meeting through final completion was especially rewarding. Through strong communication and teamwork, we delivered a high-quality project that met evolving needs and led to a continued partnership.

What is one piece of advice or perspective you would share with women beginning their careers in the construction industry? My advice to women beginning their careers in construction is to trust your voice, communicate confidently, and stay curious. You do not need to have all the answers right away, but preparation, consistency, and integrity will set you apart. There are many opportunities in this industry, from operations and estimating to marketing and accounting. Be open to taking chances, exploring different paths, and advocating for yourself as you grow.

What is something outside of work that brings you energy, balance or creativity? Living in the bleachers and cheering my kids on is where I find my energy and balance.
