2026 Women in Construction: Sarah Reinhard, Structis Construction
Business Development Manager
Structis Construction
What current or recently completed project, accomplishment or initiative are you most excited about, and why does it matter for your team, clients or community? While it’s not one single project, I’m most excited about the role I get to play across so many of them. I love that I can have a hand in multiple initiatives at once and help bring the right people together early on. Strong relationships contribute to higher-quality projects, smoother coordination, and greater levels of success. They open doors, build trust, and help projects move forward on schedule for our teams and clients. I genuinely enjoy connecting people and opportunities, and helping grow Structis’ presence throughout the Northeast in a way that feels authentic and lasting.
What is one piece of advice or perspective you would share with women beginning their careers in the construction industry? One piece of advice I would share is that you don’t need to change who you are to succeed in this industry. There is no one specific way to show up in construction. Your background, perspective, and personality are your strengths, even if they look different from those of the people around you. When you stay true to yourself, you build the right relationships and find the opportunities that align with your values.
What habit or routine helps you stay focused or motivated during a busy week? Morning intention and the gym are my foundation for whatever the week brings (especially when I’m chasing a PR!).
