Narragansett, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty brokered the sale of 135 Cliff Dr. for $7.5 million. The sellers were represented by The Soby-Roberts Team, sales associates of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s. Jennifer Holland of Andrew Abu, Inc. represented the buyers.

Anchored in the town’s Anawan Cliffs neighborhood, this home is a waterfront estate set on two acres with 180-degree Atlantic views to Jamestown and Beavertail Lighthouse.
