Realty ONE Group Next Level opens new headquarters

Bedford, NH Realty ONE Group Next Level (ROG) officially marked the opening of its new headquarters with a ribbon-cutting celebration attended by local and state officials, real estate professionals, community business leaders, friends and family. The event featured ceremonial remarks, guided office tours and refreshments as guests gathered to celebrate the brokerage’s continued growth across the Granite State.

The amenity-filled, modern, gold-accented space reflects ROG’s signature “COOLture” and forward-thinking approach to real estate and agent culture. Designed to foster collaboration and productivity, the office space includes a large, shared workspace, private telephone booth cubbies for client conversations, expansive ceilings, and contemporary lighting and design elements. A custom mural by New Hampshire artist James Chase embellishes the space and reinforces the company’s connection to the community.

“This space brings our bold, industry-disrupting vision to life, creating a high-energy environment where agents can collaborate, recharge and truly level up,” said Peter Beauchemin, co-owner of ROG. “Designed to be both productive and welcoming, the office features spaces for entertaining and connection including a bar, pool table and putting green because ROG isn’t a traditional brokerage. We’ve grown from five agents to more than 130 and had a 44% growth rate last year by providing our professionals with the technology, training, support, and coaching needed to win in any market.”

The headquarters also serves as a hub for ongoing professional development. Weekly continuing education courses are hosted on-site, equipping agents with timely insights, practical skills and adaptable strategies to navigate changing market conditions and better serve clients.
