Burger King has been at this location since 2000 (more than 25 years) and just exercised a renewal option, demonstrating their commitment to the site and the market.  Burger King has four  years remaining on their absolute NNN ground lease with two, 5-year options. The lease calls for 3% rent increases at the start of each renewal option. The property is located along Hall St. and Manchester St. (U.S. Rte. 3) with frontage, visibility and access on both roadways.
