Ferrari of Prolman Realty leases 8,100 s/f to Karasu Tengu Academy

Nashua, NH Lisa Ferrari of Prolman Realty has leased 8,100 s/f of space at 456 W. Hollis St., a 16,350 s/f industrial/warehouse building.

Ferrari represented the lessee, Karasu Tengu Academy (KT Academy). The space includes 6,900 s/f of 18-ft. clear warehouse and 1,200 s/f of office. The lessee plans to utilize the space for their mixed martial arts facility headquarters.”

Karasu Tengu Academy was established in 2018 by head coach and owner Walter Cotito.
