RFR inks lease and welcomes new tenants at 300 Atlantic Street - Stamford

Stamford, CT RFR has signed a new office lease and welcomed several new office tenant move-ins at 300 Atlantic St. InCommodities US LLC, an energy technology company founded in Denmark, leased 6,523 s/f on the building’s eighth floor for its U.S. headquarters office. This new transaction follows closely on several other recently signed office tenants, including Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, Fifth Season Investments LLC, Freight Investor Services, USA, and Zedeles, Needle & Cooper, P.C., taking occupancy of a total of 26,012 s/f of space.

This new leasing activity comes on the heels of RFR unveiling its plans for a modernization program of the building. Through an investment aimed at creating an elevated workplace experience that helps companies attract, engage, and retain today’s top talent, RFR will deliver 10,000 s/f of new amenity spaces at 300 Atlantic St., including a tenant lounge, along with new pre-built, move-in ready suites and several exterior improvements.

Tom Pajolek and Ned Burns of CBRE represented the tenant in the lease, while JoAnn McGrath represented RFR.

Additionally, a number of new tenants signed at 300 Atlantic St. in 2025 in the last several months:

• Kelley Drye & Warren LLP – moved into 10,002 s/f. The law firm has been an RFR tenant since 2015, and has relocated from Canterbury Green.

• Fifth Season Investments LLC – moved into 8,480 s/f in another relocation from Canterbury Green. Torey Walsh of Newmark represented the tenant.

• Freight Investor Services, USA – moved into a 1,586 s/f prebuilt furnished office suite.

• Zedeles, Needle & Cooper, P.C. – moved into 1,072 s/f in a relocation from Canterbury Green.

300 Atlantic consists of 300,000 s/f with good architecture, flexible & efficient floor plates, abundant parking and a prime central location at the intersection of Atlantic St. and Tresser Blvd. within an easy walk to the Stamford Train Station and Stamford’s downtown restaurants and fitness venues. The new second floor collaboration areas have been designed with their tenants in-mind to accommodate events, meetings, and conferences at any scale from 15 to 100+ attendees. Exterior improvements including new lighting and a new landscaped streetscape design will transform the visitor arrival experience and strengthen the building’s presence. Newmark’s James Ritman, Brian Carcaterra and Benjamin Goldstein lead the leasing campaign with RFR’s McGrath.

RFR’s repositioning of 300 Atlantic also includes a new offering of high-end prebuilt suites. Overall, current availability consists of 188,772 s/f, with flexibility to accommodate requirements ranging from 2,500 s/f to more than 100,000 s/f across multiple floors. Select floors offer walk-out terraces with views of Long Island Sound and the Stamford CBD.
