Galton of Houlihan Lawrence sells 15,800 s/f Wake Robin Inn for $3.5m

Lakeville, CT Houlihan Lawrence Commercial, a division of Houlihan Lawrence, a real estate firm serving Connecticut and New York City’s northern suburbs, has brokered the sale for $3.5 million of the Wake Robin Inn, a 15,800 s/f historic inn located on 11.52 acres at 106 Sharon Rd.

Kim Galton of Houlihan Lawrence Commercial represented the seller, Wake Robin LLC in the transaction, Tom Cervone of CR Properties Group represented the purchaser, Aradev LLC.

The property is situated on a private hilltop overlooking 11 acres of rolling hills in Litchfield County in the northwest hills of Connecticut. This 38-room country inn is known for hosting weddings, retreats, and its proximity to Lime Rock Park, making it a high-visibility site.

The purchaser is an experienced and active investor in the hospitality business with plans for the redevelopment of the Wake Robin Inn into a boutique hospitality campus that will serve both the local Salisbury and greater areas.
