New Haven, CT Baldwin Pearson & Co., Inc. has arranged the sale of 850 Grand Ave., a 17-unit apartment building located on the fringe of the Wooster Square neighborhood.
The property was originally a mixed-use building and was converted to a fully residential apartment property prior to closing. At the time of the sale, the asset consisted of 17 apartment units.
The property traded for $3.05 million, or $179,412 per unit.
Located along the Grand Ave. corridor, the property is situated near the Wooster Square neighborhood and within proximity to downtown New Haven and Yale University. The area continues to attract multifamily investment due to its access to employment centers, neighborhood retail, and walkable amenities.
