East Granby, CT O,R&L Commercial has arranged the lease of 14A Airport Park Rd.

14A Airport Park Rd. is a 22,106 s/f commercial flex building. The new tenant of the 8,050 s/f space is Fortify Wellness & Physical Therapy LLC owned by Devon Dusseault. They will be performing comprehensive physical therapy, sports rehabilitation, and health and wellness programs.

The space was previously leased to Hobart Service, who has relocated to Bloomfield. The remainder of the property is occupied by Createx Colors, the number one, most widely used and trusted airbrush paint manufacturer in the world.
