April 3, 2026 - Brokerage

Woburn, MA Parents and caregivers across the region will soon have a new destination to gather, unwind, and play. Petit Play Café is set to open soon, bringing 5,200 s/f of indoor playground and French-inspired café to 299 Washington St.

Founded by Lito Pantaazis, an entrepreneur and mother of two, Petit Play Café aims to offer a modern take on the traditional indoor play space. The family-friendly setting features comfortable café seating where caregivers can relax with a latte, tea, or pastry while maintaining a clear line of sight to curated soft-play zones designed for children aged seven and younger.

Cummings Properties business development director Al Diamond negotiated the lease with Chris Reilly, of Avison Young.

“Locating along Washington St. places Petit Play Café in the center of a high-traffic business community,” said Diamond. “As well as curbside visibility, the business will benefit from synergies with surrounding pediatricians, childcare providers, tutoring centers, and enrichment programs.”

Families visiting Petit Play Café may choose from drop-in play sessions, flexible memberships, play passes, and private event bookings. In addition to specialty coffees and teas, the café will offer fresh pastries, light bites, and child-friendly snacks and beverages.

Petit Play Café’s new neighbors within the Washington St. culinary cluster include Anna’s Taqueria, Empower Woburn, Godavari, Kaapi and Co., Maki Maki, Powerhouse Catering, Teamoji, and Wicked Bagel.

Cummings Properties’ 11 million s/f of commercial real estate accommodates labs and clean rooms, offices, healthcare facilities, behavioral health centers, restaurants, retail storefronts, warehouses, executive suites, and more.
