Scanlon and Farley of Colliers ink 25,000 s/f industrial lease for ANS Sutton LLC to R.A.S. Logistics LLC
Hooksett, NH Colliers brokered the lease of a 25,000 s/f high-bay industrial facility located at 3 Sutton Circle.
The transaction was facilitated by Dan Scanlon and Cassandra Farley, senior advisors with Colliers in New Hampshire, who represented the landlord, ANS Sutton LLC. Matt Drouillard of the Stubblebine Company represented the tenant, R.A.S. Logistics LLC.
The property consists of a modern high-bay warehouse with 30-ft. clear height, three loading docks, and two oversized drive-in doors, offering functionality well-suited for logistics and distribution users. Additional features include a fully fenced lot, on-site parking, and proximity to Rte. 101 and I-93, providing access to regional transportation corridors.
R.A.S. Logistics LLC, which operates multiple locations along the East Coast, will occupy the entire building, bringing the asset to full occupancy.
