Walsh of EagleBridge Capital arranges $3.94 million mortgage refinancing

Holliston, MA EagleBridge Capital, has arranged acquisition/permanent mortgage refinancing in the amount of $3.94 million for 201 Summer St. The mortgage financing was arranged by EagleBridge senior director Brian Walsh who stated that the loan was provided by a leading financial institution.
201 Summer St. is a two-story, 91,700 s/f, industrial/flex building situated on a 36.71 acre site. The building is located in close proximity to I-495, I-90 (the Massachusetts Tpke.), I-395, I-190, and I-290.
The first floor is occupied by HighMark Provisions, one of the largest growers of premium quality cannabis products in the region integrating state-of the-art technology, thorough testing processes, and elite genetics. The company cultivates over 50 varieties in its sophisticated facility.
