Atlantic Capital Partners sells 211 and 243 Lowell St., Wilmington, MA for $7.75 million

Wilmington, MA Atlantic Capital Partners completed the sale of 211 Lowell St., a grocery-anchored shopping center, within the affluent Middlesex County. The asset also includes 243 Lowell St., an adjacent 960 s/f single-family home, and 13.59 acres of developable land comprising 13 residentially zoned parcels located behind the center. Strategically located along Lowell St. (Rte. 129), the property is positioned within one of the town’s most active retail corridors, surrounded by a strong mix of national and regional tenants.
The transaction was led by Justin Smith, head of capital markets; Chris Peterson, executive vice president; Danielle Turpin, senior associate; and John Dixon, analyst. Atlantic Capital Partners exclusively represented the seller in the transaction.
211 Lowell St. is a 91% leased, 53,679 s/f neighborhood shopping center, anchored by McKinnon’s Market and featuring Eastgate Liquors, Dunkin’ Donuts, and a mix of local retailers.
