New England Chapter of CoreNet Global names Pied winner of the 2026 President’s Award
Boston, MA According to the New England Chapter of CoreNet Global president, Jackie Falla, Denise Pied has been named the 2026 recipient of the chapter’s Doug Noonan President’s Award. Falla will present the award to Pied, a vice president at Northstar Project & Real Estate Services, at the chapter’s annual Awards of Excellence Gala on May 6th at the New England Aquarium.
“Denise embodies the very best of leadership – steady and deeply impactful,” said Falla. “Her devotion to CoreNet spans nearly two decades and includes service on the Board, with education serving as a thread of continuity. She inspires a genuine love of the industry and a belief in what others can achieve.”
Pied has a distinguished career in the corporate real estate industry and currently serves as a project executive at Northstar. She leads the planning and execution of new construction, renovation, and relocation projects, providing executive-level team leadership and developing project strategies on complex projects from concept through completion. Prior to joining Northstar, she spent over 20 years at STV as an owner’s project manager.
Pied is also a long-time, active member of the New England Chapter of CoreNet Global. She completed a six-year term as a Board Member (2019-2025) and a five-year term as the co-chair of the Leadership 2.0 Program (2020-2025). She was a past co-chair of the Education Committee (2015-2020) and Co-Board Liaison (2021-2025).
Pied graduated from the 2016 inaugural Leadership 2.0 class and was a past participant in the Chapter-sponsored CREST Mentorship Program.
CoreNet Global New England’s Doug Noonan President’s Award honors an individual or company for their extraordinary contributions to CoreNet Global and the New England Chapter. The award is named in honor and memory of Doug Noonan, a Past President of the New England Chapter and long-time champion of the organization and corporate real estate community. The President’s Award is not necessarily given every year, but rather, awarded at the President’s discretion.
