What accomplishment or project so far in your career are you most proud of? I am very proud of my recent promotion to assistant project manager. I’m grateful for the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and further develop my skills. I appreciate the support and mentorship from my team and look forward to contributing to future projects. I am also proud to have been part of the team that successfully completed our Encompass Woburn Patient Expansion project. Despite facing many challenges such as constraints from existing building conditions or extensive coordination between 30+ subcontractors, the team delivered this project on budget and ahead of schedule.

What trends or opportunities do you see shaping the future of your industry? Growing up in a generation that has been surrounded by technology, I believe AI will shape the future of the industry. At Chapman, our BIM modeling and coordination have grown significantly since I started a couple of years ago. In general, AI will positively affect many facets of the industry, including improving safety management, better field visibility through reality capture, more accurate cost control and forecasting tools, and design optimization that leads to more efficient and cost-effective projects. I am looking forward to utilizing future AI tools as my career progresses.
