Seaport Sweat returns to Boston May 4th
Boston, MA Seaport Sweat returns for its 11th season, bringing the city’s largest free outdoor workout series back to the neighborhood from May 4 through September 30, 2026. Sponsored by Mass General Brigham Health Plan and NOBULL, the program will feature more than 100 free fitness classes open to the public throughout the season.
Weekday classes will take place on Seaport Common, transforming the green space into an open-air fitness hub led by some of the city’s top instructors. New this year, Saturday classes will take place on Harbor Way, expanding the program to an additional Seaport location.
Participants will have the option of workouts spanning HIIT, strength training, dance cardio, yoga, Pilates; with live DJ sets from DJ Sprino.
