What inspired you to pursue a career in this industry, and what path brought you to your current role? Real estate drew me in because it sits at the intersection of strategy, community, and opportunity. My background across multiple industries, along with advanced study in business and real estate investment, gave me a broad perspective on how property decisions shape families, businesses, and neighborhoods. Over time, I found my calling in commercial real estate and business brokerage, where I can combine analysis, negotiation, and relationship-building to help clients grow, invest, and create long-term value.

What trends or opportunities do you see shaping the future of the industry? I see the future of the industry being shaped by adaptability, technology, and specialized advisory services. Clients today want more than access to listings; they want insight, speed, and strategy. AI, data-driven analysis, and digital marketing are changing how opportunities are identified and how deals are communicated. At the same time, there is growing demand for advisors who understand niche sectors, cultural markets, and evolving business models. The professionals who can combine human judgment with innovation will create the most value.

What accomplishment or project so far in your career are you most proud of? I am most proud of building a business that bridges cultures, industries, and opportunities. As an immigrant and a commercial real estate professional, I have been able to help clients navigate complex decisions with confidence while also creating new connections between local markets and international perspectives. I am especially proud that I have built trust in both the residential and commercial space, while continuing to grow as an advisor, investor-minded professional, and advocate for my clients’ long-term success.

Who has been a mentor or influential figure in your career, and what is the most valuable advice they have shared with you? I have been fortunate to learn from mentors, clients, and industry leaders who each shaped how I approach business. One of the most valuable lessons I have received is to focus on long-term relationships rather than short-term transactions. That advice changed the way I work. In commercial real estate, trust, patience, and consistency matter deeply. I have learned that listening carefully, staying curious, and always protecting the client’s interest are what create meaningful results and a lasting reputation.
