Mike Damigella
Project Superintendent
Erland Construction

“Mike has distinguished himself as a results-driven professional since joining Erland after graduating from Wentworth. Starting as a Field Supervisor, he quickly emerged as a natural leader. He advanced to lead a 300-unit, $100M+ project, earning trust from leadership and peers. His leadership, positive attitude, and commitment to growth make him a key contributor and future company leader.”

What inspired you to pursue a career in your industry, and what path brought you to your current role? Being around construction projects early on sparked my interest in shaping the built environment and solving complex problems. I pursued that passion at Wentworth, earning a BS in Civil Engineering with both technical and hands-on experience. Since joining Erland in 2016, I’ve progressed into my current role as project superintendent. Being onsite every day and seeing a project come to life continues to be incredibly rewarding.

What accomplishment or project so far in your career are you most proud of? I’m most proud of completing “The 305,” a 500,000 s/f ground-up multifamily project in Waltham with 314 units, amenity spaces, and three levels of parking. Having grown up in Waltham, it was especially meaningful to build something of that scale in my hometown. Over nearly 10 years at Erland, I’ve helped deliver more than 1,000 residential units, creating spaces people call home.
