What inspired you to pursue a career in this industry, and what path brought you to your current role? Growing up, I was exposed to commercial real estate through my dad, who began as a developer before moving into brokerage. Seeing the strategy, negotiation, and real-world impact of his work sparked my early interest. Over time, that curiosity turned into a clear career path, leading me to EBI Consulting, where I collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver thoughtful, effective solutions – work I find both engaging and rewarding.

Who has been a mentor or influential figure in your career, and what is the most valuable advice they have shared with you? Beyond my dad, my managers at EBI Consulting have been instrumental in my growth. They’ve supported my development by involving me in client meetings and industry events, which has been invaluable. One piece of advice that has stuck with me comes from my boss, Tony Tamborini: “control the controllables.” That mindset has helped me stay focused, adaptable, and grounded in a fast-paced, often unpredictable industry.
