Boston, MA The Collaborative Companies (TCC), Boston’s premier real estate development consulting, sales and marketing firm, has promoted Rebecca Massi and Katie O’Neil to vice presidents of the firm.
Massis current portfolio includes North America’s first Raffles Residences, The Parker, 1515 Commonwealth Ave. and The Quinn. Across these developments, Rebecca manages full-cycle execution for blueprint to sell-out – guiding the sales strategy, executing integrated marketing campaigns and providing operational oversight. She also oversees all sales negotiations for her teams – protecting the developers’ interests, strategically advancing pricing and maximizing asset value.
Prior to joining The Collaborative Companies, Rebecca built a distinguished career in luxury marketing across hospitality, finance and lifestyle brands. At the Michelin-starred Mina Group, she oversaw integrated marketing initiatives, supported the launch of a new restaurant concept, and increased revenue at a target outlet by 35%. At Hyatt Hotels, she managed PR, digital content, crisis communications and revenue-focused marketing groups across multiple properties. Earlier roles at Mellon Capital Management and SA Hospitality Group further strengthened her expertise in events, brand communications and digital media.
Her leadership and impact were recognized in 2021 with the Gold PRISM Award for “Rising Star of the Year” from the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston.
O’Neil will oversee senior marketing and sales management of over $900 million in new residential development, including several flagship projects such as The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Boston, South Station Tower; The St. Regis Residences; The Maris in Portsmouth, NH; and Tuscan Village in Salem, NH.
O’Neil has managed TCC’s signature projects as a senior project manager for the past 6 years. With more than a decade of experience in hospitality marketing and operations, she brings expertise in high-profile, multi-faceted initiatives.
Her previous roles include launching 12 restaurant concepts with LDV Hospitality Group, serving as head of marketing and programming for Gurney’s Resorts – where she helped earn international recognition for their Hamptons and Newport destinations in Travel & Leisure’s “World’s Best” list.
At the trailblazing art & retail concept SHOWFIELDS, she consulted on event and retail strategies for clients, including Klarna, Amazon and Bumble. Notably, she spearheaded the launch of the e-commerce platform in 2020, generating significant revenue for small businesses.
Most recently, O’Neil was recognized as 2025 Project Manager of the Year by the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston with the PRISM Award.
