The property traded for $800,000 and consists of a 3,310 s/f industrial and office building with an adjoining parcel of land. The buyer, Dawn Redman, LLC will use the property for their landscaping business. The seller, Ironman, LLC had purchased the property many years ago for their 800 Got Junk Franchise and when he sold the franchise, put the property on the market.
