CT CCIM Chapter Deal of the Month: OTC Shipping, LLC signs long-term industrial lease

East Hartford, CT The Connecticut CCIM Chapter, Inc. has selected a long-term lease at 12-14 Eastern Park Rd., as its Deal of the Month. The transaction was completed on March 1, 2026.

OTC Shipping, LLC has signed a long-term lease for the industrial property, which is described as 34,745 s/f across two units.

The transaction was brokered by Art Ross and Eric Blumenthal of Newmark, who served as the listing agents. Austin Fahy of Western represented the tenant as the cooperating agent. Newmark and Western collaborated to provide a quick, smooth experience for the deal.

This new lease provides a larger location for OTW Shipping, LLC. OTW required additional high bay space, docks, and a small office, for which 12-14 Eastern Park Rd. was a great fit.
